Annoatated Bibliography and Project Outline Instructions

1. Decide on a project topic and a problem related to your topic to be addressed;
2. Go to the literature related to your topic and find 3 articles (3 per person if working as a team) that may give you ideas;
3. Read them and write:
1. A one paragraph summary of each paper
2. A citation for each paper

Then try to rough out a methodology to solve the problem and outline it. It does not need to be fully developed at this point, but you should have a few ideas.
